Describe
After cleaning, peeling, separating the coconut flesh, grinding and pressing, coconut milk solution is obtained. After being sterilized, the coconut milk will go through a spray dried process to create a finished powder product, making storage, transportation and use more convenient. Coconut milk powder is used in many different processing purposes such as: baking, drinks, smoothies, soups, sauces… The product fully meets the standards: HACCP, BRC, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, FDA, USDA ORGANIC.
