Coconut milk
Describe
Fresh coconut meat after being pureed and pressed will produce a thick milky white solution called coconut milk or pure coconut cream. The product is then sterilized and packaged using UHT technology to help keep almost intact the nutritional value and natural flavor of coconut cream. In particular, the product does not use preservatives and fully meets the standards: HACCP, BRC, FSSC 22000, FDA, Halal, Kosher, USDA ORGANIC.
